Lowefield Bed & Breakfast

An amazing stay with Debbie! She was kind, welcoming and extremely responsive. We felt very well taken care of with a gorgeous and clean room, advice for local dinner places and a plentiful and delicious breakfast. I would definitely come back next time I am around Stirling!

Super friendly. Breakfast was so good.

We actually didn‘t plan to stay in Stirling but sadly our tire broke and because we had so long for the car to be towed we had to get a room very spontaneously (and by that I mean at nearly 11:30 PM). We already called about 10 other places but nobody had a free room, before Debbie picked up the phone. Even though she wasn‘t prepared for guests at the moment, she took us in („poor things!“) and even stayed awake until we arrived (she already wanted to go to sleep). She worried because the heating in the room was switched off and therefore put a electrical heater in the room and even put hot-water bottles for both of us in the bed. After 7 hours in the cold and rain we couldn’t have wished for anything else. She was so welcoming and we immediately felt at home. The room is beautiful and cosy, spacey and very clean. In the morning she even made us the nicest, tastiest and biggest breakfast we had on our Scotland-trip, even though we didn‘t asked for it and made sure we had everything we needed. She even offered to drive us to the junction where our car was, which didn‘t work out so she called us a taxi and even negotiated a very good price for us with the taxi driver. Also because of the circumstances I assume we didn‘t have to pay the full price for the stay. She said she wasn‘t prepared but if that isn‘t prepared then we don‘t know what is. 🙂 For us she is an angel in person and if we ever come back, we will definitely make sure to stay there. Even though it was the worst day of our trip we met the gentlest people on that day. Thank you so so much Debbie, we owe you!

Wonderful welcome by Debbie, very comfortable, great breakfast, home cooked,great quality, locally sourced. Nothing too much trouble, nightcap offered, help yourself. Homemade treats left as a nice touch each day. Reasonable rates, easy access for Stirling, and Falkirk attractions.

Big beautifully furnished room with wardrobe. Modern shower room. Everything was very clean. Flexible check in times possible. We arrived after 9pm. We could choose an earlier breakfast time. Attentive and super lovely host. We had a really good time, unfortunately we were only there for one night.
